Cardo Medical ships Worldwide. There are no limitations on Medical products which cannot ships to international destinations.

Shipping date estimates may show up on the shipping estimates page.

The delivery rate for the majority of items sold is base on zip code and weight.

Cardo Medical ships via regular freight and the specialized logistics company. Cardo Medical offers complete cargo services delivery to make sure on-time, damage-free shipments.

Free Shipping

Shipping for items marked”Free Shipping” will be FREE through ground shipping.

Return Policy

Cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation charge.

All returns require prior consent which must be approved by Independent Dental within seven days of date received by the customer.

Electric medical items, special orders or items requiring upholstery selections aren’t refundable. Refunds are issued within ten days of equipment return. Shipping cost charges will not be refunded. Opened Medical Equipment will replace based on the guarantee.

Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping costs aren’t refundable.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, Cardo Medical will give you full credit in exchange for a different product. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees; Please call a customer service representative if you would like to return a product or have a problem with your order.

Warranty and Terms

Cardo Medical provides the following guarantees:

Cardo Medical warrants that all new products (“New Products”) will be subject to the original manufacturers’ guarantees, which Cardo Medical agrees to make available to You.

Used and Refurbished Medical Products.

Cardo Medical warrants that all refurbished and used Products supplied by Cardo Medical will be free from material defects. We discover that the claimed defect(s) exist(s), We will promptly repair or replace such Products at our sole cost and expense, with fresh, or at Our discretion, quality recycled components.

We won’t be responsible to You or any third party for any liabilities, claims, injuries, losses, costs or damages arising from or associated with the use, any failure of an unknown defect in or with regard to, any of these products and/or their installation, storage or transportation (collectively,”Claims and Damages”). Your sole remedy for any failure of or concerning any these products is repair or replacement as described above.

Transferring via PayPal prices a minimum of 4.5percent when transferring money across borders. Their cheapest way costs a 2% fee and adds an extra 2.5% money transfer fee.

If you send $1000, overseas PayPal costs you $45.
